Section 14-34-4-16 - Notification of permit issuance(a) Within ten (10) days after a permit is issued, the director shall notify the following persons that a permit has been issued:(1) The local government officials in the county in which the area of land to be affected is located.(2) Each person identified in the permit application under IC 14-34-3-3(2).(3) Each person who has requested a hearing under section 6 of this chapter.(4) Each person who has requested such notice.(b) The notification must include a description of the land's location.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-4.1-4-5.3.
