Section 14-34-4-14 - Issuance of permit

The director shall issue a permit if all of the following apply:

(1) The application is approved.

(2) The bonding requirements of IC 14-34-6 are met.

(3) The thirty (30) day period specified under section 13(a) of this chapter has expired.
