Section 14-34-13-1 - Fees paid by all operators

All operators of surface coal mining operations subject to this article shall pay to the department for deposit in the natural resources reclamation division fund established by IC 14-34-14-2 a reclamation fee of five and a half cents ($0.055) per ton of coal produced.
