Section 14-33-7-17 - Repayment of money advanced to district

A district shall promptly repay any money that is advanced to the district from:

(1) the general fund of a county; or

(2) the economic development fund created by IC 5-28-8;

from money received through the collection of an authorized tax or assessment.
