Section 14-33-24-11 - Sole authority of utility owner

The utility owner of the reservoir located within the boundaries of the reservoir conservancy district has sole authority and control over all activities to control:

(1) the water level of;

(2) the water quality of; and

(3) the availability of water from;

the reservoir located within the boundaries of the reservoir conservancy district.
