Section 14-33-16.5-11 - Determination of election by majority vote

In an election held under this chapter, a majority of all votes cast by the freeholders of the smaller district determines the question of the dissolution of the smaller district and the larger district's assumption of the smaller district's operations, obligations, and assets.
