Section 14-30.5-4-3 - Meetings of the board of a watershed development commission(a) The board of a watershed development commission shall meet:(1) at least four (4) times per calendar year; and(2) on the call of either of the following:(B) A quorum of the members of the board.(b) A majority of the voting members of a board constitutes a quorum.(c) The affirmative votes of a majority of the voting members of a board are required for the board to take action.(d) A board may adopt rules for the transaction of business.(e) A board shall keep a record of its findings, resolutions, and transactions.
