Section 14-30.5-1-4 - "Executive" "Executive" refers to the following:
(1) Except as provided in subdivision (2), in a county subject to IC 36-2-2, the county board of commissioners (as described in IC 36-2-2-2).(2) In a county subject to IC 36-2-3.5, the county council (as described in IC 36-2-3.5-3).Added by P.L. 251-2023,SEC. 13, eff. 7/1/2023.
