Section 14-29-3-4 - Taking without permit(a) A person who knowingly takes sand, gravel, stone, or other mineral or substance from or under the bed of the navigable water of Indiana without a permit commits a Class B infraction.(b) Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate infraction.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-3-1-14.5(e).
