Section 14-27-6-14 - Board; terms of members(a) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a member of the board serves for a term of three (3) years:(1) beginning at noon on the day of the first meeting of the board; and(2) continuing until a successor has qualified for the office.(b) A member of the board is eligible for reappointment to successive terms.(c) A member of the board may be impeached under the procedure provided for the impeachment of county officers.Pre-1995 Recodification Citations: 13-2-31-6; 13-2-31-7(a) part.
