Section 14-27-3-8.5 - Appointed levee committee members(a) The county council and county executive shall each appoint an individual to serve as a voting member of the committee in charge of a levee.(b) A member of a committee in charge of a levee appointed under this section serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority.Added by P.L. 108-2013, SEC. 3, eff. 7/1/2013.
