Section 14-26-5-16 - Injunctive relief

A person, firm, limited liability company, or corporation that violates or threatens to violate this chapter is subject to an injunction upon a complaint filed by any of the following:

(1) Any person whose land or interest in land may be damaged by the violation.

(2) The department.
