Section 14-26-2-22 - Additional civil penalties

In addition to other penalties prescribed by this chapter or IC 13-2-11.1 (before its repeal), the director may impose a civil penalty of not more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000) under IC 14-25.5-4 for a violation of section 7 or 23 of this chapter.
