Section 14-25-7-6 - "Reasonable beneficial use" defined

For purposes of this chapter, "reasonable beneficial use" means the use of water for a beneficial use in the quantity and manner that is:

(1) necessary for economic and efficient utilization; and
(2) both reasonable and consistent with the public interest.
