Section 14-25-4-4 - "Owner"(a) As used in this chapter and subject to subsection (b), "owner" includes the following: (1) The owner of an interest in property.(2) A person in possession of property.(b) For a temporary dewatering well, "owner" means the person who authorized the construction that necessitated the installation of the dewatering well.Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-2-2.5-2(i).
