Section 14-25-4-1 - "Construction"

As used in this chapter, "construction" means the process of building a building, highway, utility, or another structure. The term includes the following:

(1) The process of assembling materials.

(2) Disassembling and removing a structure.

(3) The preparation of the construction site.

(4) Related work.
