Section 14-22-19-4 - Agents or employees of license holders

The agents or employees of a person who is licensed are exempt from procuring a license to purchase:

(1) furbearing mammals; or

(2) the untanned hides, skins, or furs of furbearing mammals;

at the office or place of business of the person for whom the license was issued.
