Section 14-18-1.5-5 - Copies of records; charges(a) Subject to IC 5-14-3, the state land office shall provide copies of records maintained by the state land office.(b) The director shall establish a reasonable copying charge for copies of records that are not standard-sized documents (as defined by IC 5-14-3-2) provided by the state land office.Added by P.L. 151-2012, SEC. 9, eff. 7/1/2012.
