Section 14-15-10-2 - Enforcement powers of attorney general and prosecuting attorneys

The attorney general and prosecuting attorneys have concurrent power to approve, file, and prosecute an affidavit charging a violation of the following:

(1) This article.

(2) The rules adopted under this article.
