Section 14-13-1-7 - Terms of voting members; vacancies(a) The term of a voting member appointed under section 6(4) of this chapter is four (4) years. The term expires December 31, 2025, and each fourth year thereafter.(b) The governor shall fill a vacancy occurring among the members described in subsection (a).
