Section 13-27-2-13 - Hearings; investigations; advice; assistance The commissioner may:
(1) order all hearings and investigations necessary for the administration of this article; and(2) advise and assist other governmental units on matters of planning or program administration within the scope of the commissioner's powers, duties, and objectives under this article.Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-9-2-13.
