Section 13-25-2-4 - Notice to administrator

The commission shall notify the administrator of the facilities subject to this chapter by notifying the administrator of:

(1) each notification received from a facility under section 3 of this chapter; and

(2) each facility designated by the commission under section 2(c) of this chapter.
