Section 13-23-9-4 - [Effective Until 7/1/2024] Appeal of ELTF claim denial

If the administrator denies an ELTF claim under this chapter, the claimant may appeal the denial under IC 4-21.5 to the office of environmental adjudication under IC 4-21.5-7.
