Section 13-22-6-1 - Report to county board of health(a) An owner or operator of a hazardous waste disposal facility must submit each month, to the county board of health of the county in which the facility is located, a report that lists the hazardous wastes disposed of in that facility during the previous month.(b) The disposal facility may satisfy the requirements of this section by submitting: (1) photocopies of the facility daily log; or(2) a copy of any other report listing the hazardous wastes disposed of in the facility.Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-7-8.5-9.
