Section 13-20.5-8-1 - Governmental entity may not require covered entity to use public recycling facilities

A city, a county, or any other governmental entity may not require a covered entity to use public facilities to recycle the covered entity's covered electronic devices to the exclusion of other lawful recycling programs available.
