Section 13-20-4-12 - Transportation of municipal waste between processing facilities

A solid waste processing facility may not transport municipal waste to:

(1) another solid waste processing facility; or

(2) a solid waste disposal facility;

unless the municipal waste is accompanied by a municipal waste transportation manifest required by section 7 of this chapter.
