Section 13-20-17-1 - Sale of intentionally introduced alkaline-manganese battery(a) This section does not apply to an alkaline-manganese button cell battery if each button cell does not have more than twenty-five (25) milligrams of mercury.(b) A person may not: (3) offer for promotional purposes; an alkaline-manganese battery that contains mercury that was intentionally introduced if the battery was manufactured after December 31, 1995.
