Section 13-11-2-50 - "Decommissioning"(a) "Decommissioning", for purposes of IC 13-23, means the removal or closure of an underground storage tank or aboveground storage tank.(b) "Decommissioning", for purposes of IC 13-29-1, means the measures taken at the end of a facility's operating life to assure the continued protection of the public from any residual radioactivity or other potential hazards present at a facility.Pre-1996 Recodification Citation: 13-5-9-2 part.
