Section 13-11-2-237.5 - "Transient noncommunity water system"

"Transient noncommunity water system", for purposes of IC 13-18-11 and IC 13-18-20.5, means a noncommunity water system that does not regularly serve at least twenty-five (25) of the same persons over six (6) months per year.
