Section 13-11-2-223 - "Storage"(a) "Storage", for purposes of environmental management laws and when used in connection with hazardous waste, means the containment of hazardous waste, either on a temporary basis or for a period of years, in a manner that does not constitute disposal of the hazardous waste.(b) "Storage", for purposes of IC 13-22-10, means:(1) the containment of hazardous waste requiring a permit under rules adopted under IC 13-22-2-4; or(2) the containment of low level radioactive waste, either on a temporary basis or for a period of years, in a manner that does not constitute disposal of the low level radioactive waste.(c) "Storage", for purposes of IC 13-22-12, includes:(2) permitted; hazardous waste storage.
