Section 13-11-2-22 - "Byproduct material"

"Byproduct material", for purposes of IC 13-22-10, has the meaning set forth in section 11e. (2) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2014(e)(2)), as in effect on January 1, 1987.
