Section 13-11-2-216 - "Spent nuclear fuel"

"Spent nuclear fuel", for purposes of IC 13-22-10, has the meaning set forth in Section 2 of the federal Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982 (42 U.S.C. 10101), as in effect on January 1, 1987.
