Section 13-11-2-195.5 - "Safe Drinking Water Act"

"Safe Drinking Water Act", for purposes of this chapter, refers to:

(1)42 U.S.C. 300f et seq.; and

(2) regulations adopted under 42 U.S.C. 300f et seq.
