Section 13-11-2-179.8 - "Recycled plastic""Recycled plastic" means products that are produced from:
(1) mechanical recycling of preconsumer recovered feedstocks or plastics, and postconsumer plastics; or(2) advanced recycling of preconsumer recovered feedstocks or plastics, and postconsumer plastics via mass balance attribution under a third party certification system.Added by P.L. 54-2023,SEC. 10, eff. 4/20/2023.
