Section 13-11-2-171 - "Processing"

"Processing", for purposes of IC 13-21, means an operation for the purpose of modifying the characteristics or properties of solid waste to facilitate any of the following:

(1) The transportation of solid waste.

(2) The disposal of solid waste.

(3) The recovery of solid waste for reuse or sale.
