Section 13-11-2-16.5 - "Automobile scrapyard"

"Automobile scrapyard", for purposes of this chapter, means a business organized for any of the following purposes:

(1) Processing scrap metal.

(2) Wrecking automobiles.

(3) Operating a junkyard.
