Section 13-11-2-13 - "Asbestos project"

"Asbestos project", for purposes of IC 13-17-6, means an activity involving the:

(1) abatement;

(2) removal;

(3) renovation;

(4) enclosure;

(5) repair; or

(6) encapsulation;

of asbestos containing material.
