Section 13-11-2-120 - "Local emergency planning committee"

"Local emergency planning committee", for purposes of IC 13-25-1 and IC 13-25-2, refers to a committee established under Title III of the federal Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986 for a local emergency planning district.
