Section 13-11-2-102 - "High level radioactive waste"

"High level radioactive waste", for purposes of IC 13-22-10, has the meaning set forth in Section 2 of the federal Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982 (42 U.S.C. 10101), as in effect on January 1, 1987.
