Section 12-8-1.5-17 - Operation of bureau that enters into interim assistance agreement

The office of the secretary may, through agreement with the federal government, operate a disability determination bureau that enters into an interim assistance agreement with the Social Security Administration under 42 U.S.C. 1302 and 42 U.S.C. 1383.
