Section 12-8-1.5-10.5 - Single state agency designation; Medicaid policy
(a) The office of the secretary is designated as the single state agency for administration of the state Medicaid program under IC 12-15.
(b) The office of the secretary shall develop and coordinate Medicaid policy for the state.
