Ind. Code § 12-7-2-99

Section 12-7-2-99 - "A person with a disability"

"A person with a disability" means, for purposes of the following statutes, an individual who has a physical or mental disability and meets the program eligibility requirements of the division of disability and rehabilitative services:

(1) IC 12-8-1.5-10.
(2) IC 12-12-1.
(3) IC 12-12-6.
