Section 12-7-2-95 - "Grant-in-aid"(a) "Grant-in-aid", for purposes of the statutes listed in subsection (b), means any money paid by the federal government to the state or any money paid by the state to a county for the purpose of defraying any of the expenses, claims, allowances, assistance, or obligations authorized by this title.(b) This section applies to the following statutes:Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 12-1-1-1(g).
