Section 12-7-2-95 - "Grant-in-aid"
(a) "Grant-in-aid", for purposes of the statutes listed in subsection (b), means any money paid by the federal government to the state or any money paid by the state to a county for the purpose of defraying any of the expenses, claims, allowances, assistance, or obligations authorized by this title.
(b) This section applies to the following statutes:
(1) IC 12-13.
(2) IC 12-14.
(3) IC 12-15.
(4) IC 12-19.
