Section 12-7-2-57 - "Delinquent child"

"Delinquent child", for purposes of the following statutes, has the meaning set forth in IC 31-37-1 and IC 31-37-2:

(1) IC 12-13.

(2) IC 12-14.

(3) IC 12-15.

(4) IC 12-19.
