Section 12-7-2-46.2 - "County home"

"County home", for purposes of IC 12-20, means a residential facility owned, staffed, maintained, and operated by a county government for eligible county residents who are able to perform activities of daily living with little or no assistance, including the following activities:

(1) Bathing.

(2) Dressing.

(3) Grooming.

(4) Walking.

(5) Using the toilet.

(6) Eating.
