Section 12-7-2-199.2 - "Volunteer"

"Volunteer", for purposes of IC 12-17.2, means an individual who, without compensation, provides services to a child care home, child care center, provider (as defined in section 149.1(4) of this chapter), or child care ministry for at least eight (8) hours per month.
