Section 12-7-2-198 - "Visually impaired"
(a) "Visually impaired", for purposes of the statutes listed in subsection (b), refers to an individual who has a visual acuity between 20/60 and 20/200 in the individual's better eye with the best correction or a corresponding loss in visual field.
(b) This section applies to the following statutes:
(1) IC 12-12-1.
(2) IC 12-12-3.
