Section 12-7-1-3 - References to federal statutes or regulations relating to the National Voter Registration Act

Except as otherwise provided in this title, a reference in this title to a federal statute or regulation relating to the federal National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (52 U.S.C. 20501) is a reference to the statute or regulation as in effect September 1, 2014.
