Section 12-26-6-3 - Notice of hearing(a) Notice of a hearing under this chapter shall be given to all of the following: (3) The superintendent or the chief executive officer of a facility having care or custody of the individual.(b) The notice required by subsection (a) must state the time, place, and date of the hearing.Pre-1992 Revision Citation: 16-14-9.1-9(b) part.
