Section 12-25-3-3 - Certification to court of copies of complaint and order or application and order

The secretary or the secretary's designee shall cause to be certified to the appropriate court a copy of:

(1) the complaint and the order for a suspension or revocation; or

(2) the application and order of refusal of a license.
